The 6th University Assembly is named "Digital Transformation of Education V2". It is due to be held on 21 May at 12:00 in the organization of the University of Mostar and partners SRCE, CarNET, HT Eronet and media partner Večernji list. This is the first online Assembly of the University that will be broadcasted live via SUM TV and Radio Television of Herceg Bosna. The link for the live stream will be available at the university website sum.ba.
Rector of the University of Mostar, Prof Zoran Tomić, PhD, Rector of the University of Zagreb Prof Damir Boras, PhD, and Prof Dragan Primorac, PhD, Croatian doctor and scientist will deliver welcome speeches.
The Assembly is divided into three working panels that will be concluded with a panel discussion. During the first panel, the deans of the faculties will talk about how they deal with the coronavirus pandemic when it comes to the organization of teaching and the functioning of the faculty.
In the panel "Digitalization of Primary and Secondary schools", all representatives of institutions and organizations participating in the process of digitalization of primary and secondary schools according to the Croatian curriculum will deliver their presentations. Andrijana Prskalo Maček, PhD, Deputy Director of CARNET will participate in the panel talking about the experience of digitalization in the Republic of Croatia.
SUMIT and the representatives of the University Computing Centre SRCE will participate in the panel "Digital Transformation of Education".
The University organizes the Assembly in cooperation with the Coordination of Ministers of Science, Education, Culture and Sports of the cantons with the Croatian curriculum being the important partner in the whole process.
