SuProM: Workshop on Sustainable Project Management within the Erasmus+ Project at the University of Mostar

Within the project activities of the Erasmus+ project SuProM – Sustainability Project Management in Balkan HEIs, a workshop on project management will be held at the University of Mostar from 4 to 5 February 2026, in the SUMIT building in Rodoč.

The SuProM project aims to strengthen capacities for sustainable project management in higher education institutions, with a particular focus on a strategic approach, long-term sustainability and the effectiveness of projects funded by European Union programmes.

The workshop will offer participants practical tools, concrete examples and guidelines for the design, implementation and management of successful projects financed by European Union funds. Special emphasis will be placed on the sustainability of project results and their long-term impact, as well as on the exchange of experiences among local institutions in the field of sustainable regional development.

Participation in the workshop is intended for employees of higher education institutions, members of project teams and all those involved in the preparation and implementation of international and development projects.
