The Memorandum envisages cooperation in three key areas. The second area is the development of an inclusive society and human capital, with an emphasis on improving access to public services, supporting employment and self-employment of vulnerable groups, developing digital, green, and entrepreneurial competencies, and empowering women and youth. The third area is strengthening local governments and institutions through the development of transparent and accountable governance, improving public policies aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), modernizing public services, and promoting social cohesion and active citizenship.
By signing this Memorandum, the University of Mostar further confirms its strategic orientation toward international cooperation, scientific and research excellence, and an active role in the social development of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Cooperation with UNDP will open new opportunities for joint projects, research, education, and initiatives that will contribute to higher-quality education, stronger institutions, and a sustainable future for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
