The first web conference on Aphasia is due to be held on 29-30 June 2020 in the organization of the Speech Language Pathology Department, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (SUM) and the University of Mostar. American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) proclaimed June a month of Aphasia awareness. Aphasia is a language disorder that can result from a stroke, brain injury, head trauma, cancer, or infection. The conference aims to raise awareness about this language disorder, which is little known among the general population today.

The conference will be available for watching from any smart device and after the conference participants will be provided with access to the recordings of lectures.
Access to the conference will be possible via Google Meet link, which will be published on the official website of the University of Mostar and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
